There is no contact form and no ticket number. There is an email address, and a person who reads it.

We aim to answer within two working days, and usually faster. If you have not heard back in five, send it again — it will have gone astray rather than been ignored.
A question about the data
How a figure is worked out, why two numbers disagree, what a column means, or a result that looks wrong. These are our favourite emails — tell us what you were looking at and what you expected.
Your account or a payment
Signing in, changing tier, cancelling, or anything about a charge. Write from the address on your account and we can answer without a round of security questions.
Something is broken
A page that will not load, a search that returns nothing, a number that changed when it should not have. Tell us the page and roughly when — that is usually enough to find it in the logs.
Anything else
Press, partnerships, data questions from other researchers, or a point you think we have got wrong. The last of those gets read carefully.
One thing we cannot help with
We cannot tell you what to bet on. Not because we are being coy — because we do not do it. Statometrics publishes data and the tools to test it; the conclusions are yours. If you write and ask for a selection, the honest answer we send back will be this paragraph.
Ask us how something is measured instead. That one we can answer all day, and a lot of it is already written down.
