Statometrics, operated by Kieran Doyle, is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at support@statometrics.com about anything on this page.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference <ICO reference>.

We have deliberately kept this short. We collect:

• ·Your email address and password, because an account needs one of each. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider and nobody here can read yours.
• ·Anything you choose to put into the site — your bet log, uploaded statements, saved strategies and settings. This is yours, we do not look through it, and it is deleted when you delete it.
• ·Payment records: what you paid, when, and for which tier. Card details go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers.
• ·Ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps — which is what a web server writes down by existing.

We do not collect special category data, we do not ask for your date of birth beyond confirming you are over 18, and we do not track you around the internet.

• ·We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, at any price, ever.
• ·We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• ·We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels on this site.
• ·We do not pass your betting activity to bookmakers, exchanges, or anybody else.

That last one matters more than it sounds. The reason this platform is built on exchanges is that bookmakers close winning accounts. We are not going to be the ones who hand over the list.

Under UK GDPR we need a lawful basis for each thing we hold. Ours are:

• ·Contract — your email, account and payment records. We cannot give you an account without them.
• ·Legitimate interests — server logs, for security and for keeping the site working. We have weighed this against your privacy and kept the logs short and dull.
• ·Legal obligation — payment and tax records, which we must keep whether either of us wants to or not.
• ·Consent — any marketing email, which we only send if you ask for it, and which you can stop in one click.

We use a small number of suppliers, and each one only sees what it needs to do its job:

• ·Supabase — accounts, authentication and the data you save. Hosted in the EU.
• ·Hetzner — the server the site runs on. Hosted in Germany.
• ·Stripe — payments. Stripe receives your card details directly; we receive only a record that you paid.

Each is bound by its own data processing terms. We do not add suppliers casually, and this list is kept current.

Inside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where a supplier moves data outside that area, it does so under the safeguards UK GDPR requires.

The research database — the hundreds of millions of price movements behind the site — sits on hardware we control and contains no member data at all. It is market prices and football results. Nothing about you is in it.

Your account and everything in it: for as long as you have an account, and then <retention after closure> after you close it, so an account closed by mistake can be recovered.

Payment and tax records: six years, because HMRC requires it.

Server logs: <log retention>.

Delete your account and the data you put in goes with it, on that schedule, with no further step needed from you.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in, remembering your table-style preference, and security.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies, which is why this site does not greet you with a consent banner. There is nothing to consent to.

You have the right to:

• ·see a copy of what we hold about you;
• ·have anything wrong corrected;
• ·have your data deleted;
• ·have us stop or limit what we do with it;
• ·receive your data in a portable form;
• ·object to processing we do on the basis of legitimate interests;
• ·withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

Ask by emailing support@statometrics.com. We will answer within one month, it is free, and we will not make it difficult.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first, but it is your right either way.

Traffic to the site is encrypted. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider. Access to member data is restricted at the database level, so a page cannot read a row that does not belong to the person asking for it.

If a breach happens that is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the Information Commissioner's Office within the time the law requires.

If we change this page in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows when it last changed.
